Shipping & returns
Old objects ask for careful handling. Here is how we pack, deliver and take back — plainly stated.
Packing
Every piece is wrapped by hand in the shop. Ceramics and glass travel double-boxed with recycled fill; furniture and garden pieces are blanket-wrapped. We pack for the object, not for the courier's convenience.
Delivery
Small objects ship within Belgium and the EU in 2–5 working days, tracked and insured. Larger pieces — furniture, urns, jardinières — are delivered by a specialist carrier, quoted per address before you pay.
Delivery outside the EU is possible for most objects; write to us first so we can quote shipping and any import formalities honestly.
Pickup in Antwerp
You are always welcome to collect a piece from the shop at no cost. Choose pickup at checkout or mention it when you reserve — we will have the object wrapped and ready.
Returns
Vintage objects are sold as described, with their wear stated and photographed. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, or differs meaningfully from its description, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a return and full refund.
For a change of heart, returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition; return shipping is then at your cost. Because each object is one of a kind, we cannot exchange — only refund.
