The conditions under which we sell, and how we treat your information. Written to be read, not endured.
General conditions
Insitu, Antwerp, Belgium — [company number]. All objects are vintage or antique and sold as described. Condition notes and photographs form part of the description; signs of age consistent with the description are not defects.
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable (margin scheme for second-hand goods). An order is final once payment is received; each object is unique and is sold to the first completed order.
Payment & delivery
Payment is processed securely at checkout. Delivery terms, costs and timings are set out on our shipping page and confirmed before dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, as described on our shipping & returns page. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned object.
Privacy notice
We collect only what an order requires: your name, address, email and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never see card numbers). We use this to fulfil your order, and nothing else.
If you join our mailing list we write occasionally; every letter carries an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond what fulfilment requires (carrier, payment provider). Under the GDPR you may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — write to hello@insitu-antwerp.be.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall to the courts of Antwerp, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
